Jim Harbison brings over 30 years of extensive experience in healthcare project management to US Management Services. He has successfully led the replacement, expansion, and renovation of acute care and rehabilitation hospitals across the nation.

Jim Harbison brings over 30 years of extensive experience in healthcare project management to US Management Services. He has successfully led the replacement, expansion, and renovation of acute care and rehabilitation hospitals across the nation. Known for his creative insight into hospital design, Jim has skillfully guided numerous complex and challenging projects to completion. His comprehensive knowledge of healthcare facility operations, project development, and healthcare design and construction uniquely positions him to ensure the successful execution of all project aspects. Previously, Jim had a distinguished career as a Colonel in the US Marine Corps. He has degrees from the US Naval Academy, George Washington University, and Johns Hopkins. Under his leadership, USM delivers expert solutions in housing and healthcare facility development.

James Perrine has over 35 years of experience in development, design and construction management, and finance. He has worked closely with Boards in healthcare and other fields to establish goals, approve specific plans and oversee the development process.

He has worked closely with Boards in healthcare and other fields to establish goals, approve specific plans and oversee the development process. He has created and executed numerous developments from concept to occupancy and operation. Jim excels at creating complex financial models that maximize what can be accomplished with available resources, and then keeping an eagle eye on all development costs to bring in projects on time and on – or under – budget. He is skilled at arranging financing from governmental and private sources. Jim also leads Commonwealth Community Developers, an affordable housing developer and sister company of US Management Services. He has degrees from Harvard and MIT.
